Why Catholic? is an adult catechetical program designed to serve those who want to learn more about their faith in small group settings. Each year small groups gather together in someone’s house to study the mysteries of our faith through the four pillars of the catechism. This year we will be covering: The Celebration of the Christian Mystery: Sacraments. Please come and join us as we explore how Christ communicates his love to us through signs and symbols, and how the sacraments bring Christ’s redemption from the past into our present lives. Various classes will be beginning on October 10th and will continue for six sessions. Finally to celebrate Catechetical Sunday, we will be having registration sign-ups in the cafetorium on the weekend of September 19, after all the masses.
If you wish to purchase a book for Why Catholic? we will be selling them after all the masses on the weekend of September 19, or you may purchase them at the front office, or the faith formation office. Books cost $10.00.
